  • What is the difference between Prime and Choice?

    USDA Prime is the highest 1-3% of all beef produced in the United States. It contains the most abundant degree of marbling and served in restaurants and hotels. USDA Choice is the next highest level which contains an abundant amount of marbling, provides juicy and flavorful cuts primarily from the loin and rib areas.

  • How will my fresh beef be shipped to ensure freshness?

    Here at One World Meat Co, we guarantee 110% satisfaction on each and every order. In order to ensure that our product arrives to you in optimal condition, we securely pack your order in a tailored cooler. For added protection, the cooler is then placed in a corrugated shipping box to minimize any unforeseen effects of the shipping process on your order.

  • Why can’t I schedule delivery for Monday?

    All One World Meat Co. orders are shipped in coolers and include gel packs and/or other elements to keep you order perfectly temperature-controlled. However, to guarantee the integrity of our product and avoid extended time in transit, we will not ship orders over weekends. Orders whose shipping would overlap with the weekend—2-day deliveries after 12 PM PST Wednesday, and overnight deliveries after 12 PM PST Thursday –will be shipped out the following Monday. We take these measures to make sure your order arrives with the best possible quality for an exception experience.

  • What is the diet of the cattle?

    The brands we source raise cattle on a corn and grain fed diet for over 300 days. This vegetarian diet excludes any use of hormones, antibiotics and beta agonists unless otherwise noted.

    • Brandt Beef-The True Natural is raised exclusively by the Brandt family.  All animals are hormone free, beta agonist free, corn fed for over 350 days without antibiotics by feed, water, and injection.

  • How long do we wet age our meat?

    Our chef and butchery team identify the length of aging by cut, breed and numerous other factors that will contribute to the performance of each cut.

  • How long are steaks good in the freezer?

    As long as our fresh beef is placed in the freezer within original air tight packaging and before the “best by date”, our beef may be kept at a steady freezing temperature from 12/18 months.

  • Can you ship outside the U.S.?

    We currently ship to all 50 United States and Puerto Rico. We can also ship to Canada under special circumstances. Please contact customer service at 1-866-912-3552 for more information or to schedule a Canadian order.

  • What should I do if there is a problem with the order I just received?

    We ask you to notify us of concerns or questions by the next business day. Our “Promise of Excellence®” is your assurance of quality. If we fail to live up to any aspect of our guarantee*, we will replace your order or issue a gift card, provided you notify us (weekdays 9am to 5pm PST) the next business day after receipt of your order. PLEASE NOTE: *If a valid shipping address is not provided, One World Meat Co. is unable to uphold its 110% satisfaction.

  • My product was warm when received, what do I do?

    We ship all our products with two-day or one day delivery. If any product is delayed in reaching you and is no longer cool to the touch, please contact our online support team at 1-866-915-3552

  • Do I have to be present in order to receive my One World Meat Co delivery?

    We recommend scheduling delivery when someone will be present to receive the delivery. However, we have instructed FedEx to release packages whenever safe to do so.

  • How can I place one order to ship to more than one gift recipient or address?

    For multiple-address orders, please contact on line customer service department at 1-866-912-3552 and they will assist you with your order. Or you may place one order at a time in our online ordering system.
