We then layer the gift box within a reusable, insulated cooler with gel packs to make certain that the product remains at 34° throughout the shipping process. For added protection, the cooler is then placed in a corrugated shipping box to minimize any unforeseen effects of the shipping process on your order.

Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of the items in your order, we do not accept returns.
